Delivery

Orders within Switzerland are sent using Swiss Post. Tracking information will be provided where available.

International orders are sent from Switzerland. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

International taxes and charges

For orders delivered outside Switzerland, local import VAT, customs duties, handling fees or other charges may be payable by the recipient on delivery. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.
