By using this website or purchasing a Nudge product, you agree to these terms.

Products and orders

We aim to describe our products accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from photographs shown online.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. Shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

For orders delivered outside Switzerland, import VAT, customs duties or other charges may be payable by the recipient on delivery. These charges are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, customs or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Product use

Nudge should be used as intended and connected to a suitable 5V USB power supply. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included; a wall plug/power adapter is not included.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
